Our main objective is to teach the priniciples set by the Company. We ensure that all the concepts that need to be absorbed by our participants can be used once they are released back to their respective areas.
Our approach is very layman. We always assume that nobody comes from within the industry. We translate topics to a language that can be understood by all.
Everybody becomes a student once they enter our academy. There are no bosses and subordinates. Only "classmates". Everybody learns either from the trainors or from each other.
Learning can only be reinforced is actually applied. Our participants undergo hands-on training in a station and in whatever they need to be exposed in.
All our managers are immersed from the basic station operations to sales and business development.
