Our training team is made up of people who are talented in their respective fields. They conceptualized the entire training programs based on their hands-on experience in the different support groups in the head office and from the field.
Noel G. Carpio

Noel started with Filoil Energy as Operations Manager and later on as Sales and Marketing Manager. Due to the expansionary mode of the Company, Noel helped formulate the training program based on the needs of the Station Managers and their Business Unit Managers.

Jimmy N. Munoa
Training Manager
Jimmy Munoa has formerly been in the Retail Division managing the Company's Mindoro Operations. Before that, he was also part of the Commercial Sales Department.
