Who formulated all your training content?
The management and staff of Filoil Energy are responsible for all the content of our seminar. We simply put all the ideas together to arrive with effective programs.
How long are your training events?
It depends on the topic. Take for example our Basic Retail Management Course. The classroom training alone is five (5) whole days.
How to I join a training event?
We train people based on the request of the departments of the Company. You simply have to coordinate with the Head Office of Filoil and inquire. All our trainings are basically intended for employees and partners of the Company.
Is it a requirement for managers to be trained?
As far as the Retail Division is concerned, all its managers and partners are required to undergo training.
Where will I be immersed if I am scheduled to undergo immersion?
It is the Retail Division who decides where managers and partners are immersed. Our department simply recommend such individuals and they are given a venue and schedule for the immersion.
